Our Mission

Independence Health has the dedicated mission to improve, enhance and make the lives of our guests balanced, healthy and natural. Our guests are individuals who seek to maintain independent, healthy lifestyles in their own home as we age; possible.

We aspire to be an organization of excellence that provides services to the community that is in need of physical therapy, medical services, and socialization in order to make their lives whole. We also seek to be an outreach organization that can be a source of information and resources since we are directly tied to the medical community, with our medical staff, the church community with our chaplain, and social services needs provided by our interdisciplinary staff.

Independence Health seeks to be the source of excellence and the "go to" organization for our guests who are compromised in their health and losing independence.

Our mission in essence, is to enable people to live at home.
